The terms, in plain words.

bambum.ca and our store are operated by BAMBUM, a brand based in Canada. You can reach us any time at support@bambum.ca. To place an order you must be at least the age of majority in your province or territory, and the information you provide must be accurate.

You may order as a guest or create an account. If you create one, you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under it. Tell us promptly of any unauthorized use.

We work hard to describe and show our products accurately. Colours, packaging, and details may vary slightly from what you see on screen. All products are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities, discontinue products, or correct errors at any time.

All prices are in Canadian dollars unless stated otherwise and are exclusive of taxes, which are calculated at checkout based on your province. We may change prices at any time, but changes do not affect orders already confirmed. By submitting payment, you confirm you are authorized to use the method and you authorize us to charge the total shown at checkout, including any recurring subscription charges you have agreed to.

Some products are offered on a subscription that renews automatically. By starting one, you authorize recurring charges until you cancel. Full terms, renewal amounts, reminders, and how to cancel, skip, or pause are in our Subscription and Cancellation policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Your order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, including if a product is unavailable, if there is a pricing or description error, or if we suspect fraud or abuse. If we cannot fulfil an order after payment, we refund you.

Delivery, returns, replacements, and refunds are governed by our Shipping policy and Refund and Return policy, which form part of these Terms.

Do not misuse the site, including by attempting unauthorized access, interfering with its operation, scraping content, infringing rights, or using it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the site, including the BAMBUM name, logo, text, images, and design, is owned by or licensed to us and protected by intellectual-property laws. Do not copy or use our content or brand without our written permission.

If you submit reviews, photos, or comments, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display, and reproduce that content in connection with our business. You are responsible for what you submit and confirm you have the right to share it.

The site may use or link to third-party services, for example payment processors, subscription tools, and analytics. We are not responsible for their content or practices, and your use of them may be subject to their own terms.

The site and products are provided on an as-is and as-available basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated. Our products are personal-care consumer goods and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. To the fullest extent permitted by law, BAMBUM is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alberta for any dispute, subject to any rights you have under applicable consumer-protection law.
